I have been an occupational therapist for over 20 years and practiced CranioSacral therapy since 2022. CranioSacral is light-touch bodywork and has changed to way I practice. It allows me to integrate intuitive hands-on support while offering clinical expertise and practical advice gleaned from years in hospital, community and early intervention settings.
